Assessments include documentation reviews, interviews with key stakeholders, and facilitated workshops on areas such as risks, dependencies, and communications. We analyse our findings and, where appropriate, provide a maturity or strength assessment scored against industry standards.
Having completed our analysis, we prepare actionable recommendations, including immediate next steps. Our findings and recommendations are presented in a structured format, accompanied by a detailed written report.
