A financial regulatory body in the United Kingdom which operates independently of the Government
The client was planning a strategically important programme to transition from on-premise infrastructure to a modern, cloud-based workplace, encompassing Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and network optimisations. The client had previously had significant challenges recruiting internal expertise at the required level for this transformational programme.
Airwalk Reply was engaged to enable and support their future strategic plans. This included providing senior architecture capability and expertise, with hands-on experience, to lead the architectural design, governance, and technical oversight practices for the programme.

Airwalk Reply supported the client to deliver the large transformational programme successfully. We enabled the client to transition from a complex technology and application estate with on-premises data centres and limited internal expertise to a cloud-first approach with substantially reduced complexity and new cloud technologies.
To enable the client to run the new cloud estate and managed devices we supported them with building their internal expertise, including recruiting permanent capability and upskilling their teams to ensure long-term success.
