Challenge

As part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative, the organisation identified the need to review and refine its Cyber Vault resilience strategy. The goal was to define a clear development and investment pathway to address current and future needs while aligning seamlessly with the broader enterprise architecture strategy. This was critical to ensuring the organisation’s ability to safeguard key assets and maintain operational resilience in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

Approach

  • Roadmap Development: Defined and communicated both the product and enterprise architecture roadmaps, providing a clear pathway for the evolution of capabilities.
  • Target Operating Model Design: Designed an end-to-end Target Operating Model covering the service and support lifecycle. This included demand management, maintenance, and team structure to ensure sustainable delivery.
