Challenge

As part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative, the organisation identified the need to review and refine its Cyber Vault resilience strategy. The goal was to define a clear development and investment pathway to address current and future needs while aligning seamlessly with the broader enterprise architecture strategy. This was critical to ensuring the organisation’s ability to safeguard key assets and maintain operational resilience in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

• Architectural Roadmap Analysis: Conducted a detailed analysis to ensure alignment with the Group’s overarching strategy, ensuring compatibility with current and future enterprise architecture.
• Cost-Benefit and Market Product Assessment: Evaluated Cyber Vault technologies to identify the most effective solutions, balancing innovation, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Roadmap Development: Defined and communicated both the product and enterprise architecture roadmaps, providing a clear pathway for the evolution of capabilities.
• Target Operating Model Design: Designed an end-to-end Target Operating Model covering the service and support lifecycle. This included demand management, maintenance, and team structure to ensure sustainable delivery.

• 5+ Year Development Roadmap: A detailed, multi-year roadmap was created, providing a clear and actionable strategy for ongoing development.
• Multi-Cloud and Local Capabilities: Identified and prioritised the capabilities needed to serve the business best, leveraging a hybrid approach.
• Clear Product Roadmap: Delivered a robust product roadmap that outlined the steps for capability development, handed over seamlessly to the Product Owner for execution.
