Great Place To Work® UK administered its research-backed Trust Index™ employee survey and analysed responses from UK-based tech employees. The surveys assessed work-life balance, fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, financial security and consistency of employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
Analysis of the sector employee survey responses found that 82% of employees at Airwalk Reply say “I want to work here for a long time,” compared to 67% at a typical company in this sector.
