Airwalk Reply named a 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™

London, 27 June 2024 – The 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ was launched this morning by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising Airwalk Reply among the Medium-sized category as a leading organisation. 

At Airwalk Reply, wellbeing is embedded within its value, Do The Right Thing, which is just one of the reasons why employees believe it’s a great place to work. Airwalk Reply has pledged to support and empower individuals to improve their wellbeing through increased activity, positivity, outlook, and independence, measured against KVIs. 

The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings include organisations that have succeeded in making their employees experience high levels of wellbeing in their workplace. Great Place To Work culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys to compile the prestigious list. They assessed their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work through fundamental facets of employee wellbeing, including work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, and financial security.  Evaluations also included assessing how well the organisation can consistently deliver employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Airwalk Reply’s Trust Index results show that 94% of employees feel they get empathy and support from their manager or supervisor when required. Airwalk Reply also supports employee mental health via Airwalk Allies virtual meet-up sessions to help colleagues in various areas.
