Airwalk Reply officially named one of 250 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing!
Employees have spoken! Airwalk Reply is ranked among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2022) by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. Out of thousands of organisations surveyed, and 93 who made the final list, we ranked at number 30!
To determine the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list, Great Place to Work’s culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work by asking employees to comment on how their company supports their:
Sense of fulfilment
Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
Airwalk Reply received an impressive 91% positive response for the survey questions related to Wellbeing, such as whether staff felt a sense of job security and were able to balance their work and home life, whether they feel the organisation prioritises their health and wellbeing, and whether they have a level of control and ownership over how they perform their job.
The comments from staff reflect these high scores:
“The 'can do spirit' and caring for each other is exceptional”
“The management team act like grown-ups. They understand that people have lives to live as well as jobs to do”
“Good salary and the benefits do the basics excellently. Isn’t that what people want – to be well paid, with a range of benefits (birthday vouchers / fundraising / social events/ cyclescheme/ parental policies and fantastic L&D opportunities”
“Complete freedom in your work, just get it done”
“Great support group and a real desire to do the right thing”
Managing Director Benedict Gautrey of Great Place to Work® UK explains:
“Being better for people is better for business, especially in tough times. When employees feel genuinely cared for, their loyalty, engagement and productivity improve. Happier people also become brand advocates for the business and will often go the extra mile to provide a positive experience for their clients and customers. We’re delighted to launch our first-ever UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list in 2022, shining a light on the 250 companies who have succeeded in ensuring staff experience high levels of wellbeing across the organisation. Hopefully this recognition and acknowledgement will inspire more workplaces to do the same in years to come.”
Head of Talent Dave Otter of Airwalk Reply said:
“We are really proud to have been recognised as a Best Workplace for Wellbeing. Airwalk Reply has scaled significantly over the past couple of years; during a period that has been particularly challenging because of Covid19 and the rapid changes in ways of working that the pandemic demanded of all organisations and the people within them.
Ensuring that our growing team were properly supported, and that they and their families could navigate what has been a really difficult time for everyone, has been a central focus of ours during that period.
As we look to the future, the wellbeing of our team remains absolutely central to our strategy, and our people will continue to be right at the heart of the business”.
