Airwalk Reply announces new employee support and discussion group, “Airwalk Allies”

Airwalk Reply has launched a brand-new support and discussion group to bring its geographically dispersed team together to talk about sensitive topics and enhance collaboration.

Airwalk Allies is designed to help replace a “water cooler conversation” and offer support and resources around subjects which can often be taboo or challenging, like diversity in tech, mental health, working parents and sexual health. The topic for “Airwalk Allies” will differ each month and will often tie in with awareness days, with the theme for June being Pride.

Airwalk Allies is designed to give all staff an additional outlet for support on aspects of their life they or someone they know might be finding challenging, and for those who can offer advice to share their experiences. To ensure the group remains a safe space for all, anyone wishing to attend a session agrees that anything personal shared by their colleagues will be kept completely confidential.

Dave Otter, Head of Talent at Airwalk Reply, said: “As a company consisting of highly-specialist consultants, our people are our number one priority. It’s imperative to ensure that everyone at Airwalk Reply feels that they are fully listened to and supported, and our Partners have given their commitment to seriously considering any ideas that stem from this group to improve wellbeing and diversity within the company.”
